Flat Mini Keytons

The flat mini keytons are very light and small handy tools made of aircraft grade titanium. The keytons are 2 1/4'' long and 0.048'' thick, they weight only 0.2 ozs (6 grams).

The keytons feature three screwdriver tips, they can be used for screws, small prying, scraping and other jobs where you need a strong and flat tool.

Being made of titanium the keytons will never rust and are extremely strong for their size, the anodizing is strong and will not get scratched from contact with keys and other metallic elements. The keytons have a generous lanyard hole that can be used to thread cord, the walls are too big for a splitring so you need to thread cord first if you want to keep it in your keychain.
Being as flat as they are the keytons can also be carried inside a wallet, you will never note their existance.

Available in bronze, blue, pink, purple and gray/green. You can order from Peter Atwood's website for $25.

Flat Spannerbabies

The flat spannerbabies are a new tool by Peter Atwood from a new line of very thin tools.

They are made of .050 titanium and are thin to carry in a change pocket, a wallet or in a keychain. They feature a spanner wrench for Strider folding knives, a screwdriver for Hinderer and Emerson pivot screws and a bottle opener.

The tool can also be used for little prying or scraping, popping tape, opening boxes etc.

The tool is very beautiful and thin and is probably an ideal companion if you carry a strider folder, if you don't it is still a very useful tool that as other Atwood tools will be useful in many situations that you wouldn't expect.

Available in plain bead blast and solid colors only. Bronze, purple, blue for $25 from Peter Atwood's website.

Atwood's Mini Son of PryThing

This is a very small tool that can be used as a knife, a pry bar, bottle opener, scraper and nail remover, other uses are possible depending on your imagination.

The MSOPT is about 3 inches long and it's made of S30V steel with a satin finish. As the picture shows the tool is really very small and cute. The blade is sharp and can be used to open boxes, cut wire and other jobs. The bottle opener works perfectly and the front of the tool can be used to pry, scrape, clean and remove nails. The only small detail to remember is not to put your thumb over the blade when you use the bottle opener, unless your thumb is very thick or the blade very dull but the blade comes very sharp from Peter's shop.

The MSOPT comes with a cord handle, either rubber or paracord and it has a hole that can be used for a lanyard. They come with a kydex sheath that is setup for neck carry but can also be used in your keychain, in your backpack or dropped inside one of your pockets.

The blade being sharp means you need to store your MSOPT in the kydex sheath to carry it and while the tool is really small it is not so small with the sheath so it may be a little bulky for your keychain.

In short words this is a very very nice and useful little tool that is not only beautiful and cute but also very strong and does many things very well.

Atwood's Imp

The Imp is a very nice small knife by Peter Atwood, the total length of the knife is 3 1/8'' inches and it is made of 3V steel.

The knife is 5/32'' thick and has a chisel style blade. The handle, in this case, is plain steel wrapped in paracord. The end of the knife is shaped to be used as a screwdriver tip which is a very nice detail.

The steel used holds the edge in an excellent way, the shape of the blade and the knife in general is very confortable to use and very practical to cut, as a knife made from one solid piece of steel it will be completely unbreakable and very reliable for the most demanding cutting jobs. The cord handle offers a good grip and the crenelations opposite the blade help a lot and add a nice detail.

The Imp comes with a kydex sheath and beaded chain, so it is probably designed to be a neck-carry knife, if you prefer to carry it in your pocket a mini teklok belt clip is available for an extra $5.

A very good looking and serviceable knife that is probably among the best we have seen for neck carry, maybe a little bulky for some people to carry in a neckchain.

You can read more or order for $95 from Peter Atwood's website.

Atwood's Area 51 Keyton

They Keyton is a small keychain tool inspired in the classic rock climber's "piton".

The keyton is basically a prytool, you can use it to pry things, scrap, sepparate, mix etc. While it seems that a prytool is only useful in very special ocassions the prybaby has demonstrated that it will be a very useful tool in many ocassions. You will be surprised by the number of times that pulling a solid piece of steel from your pocket or keychain is a good idea.

The keyton has two screwdrivers bevels in the handle end that might become handy if you need a screwdriver in a hurry. The tool is made of 1/8'' thick S30V steel, extremely solid and resistant. It weights just 0.8oz and is almost 3 inches long.

You can order for $45 from Peter Atwood's website.

Peter Atwood's Wharncliffe Booger

The Booger is a very small knife with a pointy tip from Peter Atwood, it can be used for cutting, chopping and for any task where a fine pointy tip can be useful, including scraping, cleaning and fine cutting jobs.

Made of S30V steel the Booger is a very high quality knife that will resist normal use and not so normal abuse without breaking or scratching badly.

They are 1/8'' thick and about 2.5'' long and come with a kydex sheath that can be used for keychain or neck carry bead chain included.

This is no doubt a quality little knife that will be a handy companion to its user. We found it great for hobbies and other ocupations where you do some fine cutting, it is a very precise tool and it is a pleasure to carry it.

You can get it for $65 from Peter Atwood's website. Due to limited stock you may want to check other members of the Booger family and ask Peter about stock.

Atwood's Tactical Whistle

This is a tactical whistle hand made by Peter Atwood it is very sleek, durable and loud.

The whistles are made from a solid bar of 330 stainless steel they have a splitring hole for attachment they are 2.5" long so they can be carried in a keychain or around your neck without being a bulky item.

The sound produced by these whistles is very loud and has a particular strong pitch so they are easy to recognize in noisy scenarios like sport events, concerts or school events. They can be used both in outdoors or urban environments to attract attention, call a group of people (kids) previously familizarized with the whistle sound, signal in case of emergencies, etc.

They are not as loud as a Storm Whistle or a Fox40 but they are comparable to a Fox40 mini and the particular pitch makes the noise stand out.

The construction is virtually indestructible and they will not have any problem with weather events, I don't know tests but I suspect the stainless steel construction might be unsuitable for boating due to corrosion.

The whistles can be obtained for $35 from Peter Atwood's website and you can also read more about them there.

Atwood Micro Card Knife

This is a very small card-style knife, it is made in S30V steel by Peter Atwood. One of the corners is machined to work as a screwdriver for extra functionality.

The tool includes a kydex sheath. The size is really small (see side by side picture with a quarter) and the blade is so good that you can use it for many different things such as opening boxes, cutting cord, chopping jobs etc.

The kydex sheath has a lateral pull system so you can carry this in your keychain if you want but being as small as it is you can fit it anywhere.

The price is $60 and you can find more information at Peter Atwood's website.

Atwood Prybaby

A prybaby can be found more and more in EDC kits. Small and practical the prybaby is a keychain item that can be used for several different things.

It's primary use as its name indicates is to pry things, constructed in s30v steel the small prybaby can lift a lot of weight before suffering any deformation. I have used to remove a door from its frame and worked without suffering damage.

Besides prying things the tool comes with a bottle opener, and a scredriver tip on the other end. The tip of the tool can be used to remove nails, scrap paint, open boxes etc.

Making it short the number of real uses for your prybaby depends on you, the longer you have it the more you discover how useful it can be. You can get it for $35 directly from Peter Atwood's website.
